NRCA ARC RULE UPDATE:
Article III Section 6. DETACHED
STRUCTURES
Any enclosed structure rising above the height of
the party or community wall may not exceed 8 feet 6 inches and may not
exceed 100 square feet in footprint size. This includes but is not
limited to, pool houses, storage sheds, potting sheds, and playhouses.
The exterior walls must be stucco or simulated
stucco finish and painted the body color of the main residence with
windows and door trim painted to match the home trim. The roof of the
structure must have tile or simulated tile of a color to match the roof
tile of the residence.
Structures may only be placed in side or rear
yards, Placement must be at least 48 inches from all walls. All utility
services (electrical, communication water , etc.) for the structure must
come from underground conduit.

NORTH RANCH HAS THE BEST POOLS OF ANY COMMUNITY IN THE AREA.
RECENTLY POOL KEYS HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED BECAUSE OF INCIDENTS INVOLVING
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE POOLS, AND CHILDREN BEING LEFT ALONE IN THE
JACUZZI.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED FROM THE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
PARENTS MUST BE WITH THEIR SMALL CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES WHILE AROUND THE
POOLS.
RESIDENTS WHO USE THEIR KEY TO LET OTHERS INTO THE POOLS ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTS INVOLVING THE PERSON LET IN.
