Life for me in North Ranch

I had lived in a small town my whole life and finally realized that the future I want for my family was not attainable there. So I packed our things, loaded the U-Haul, slept very little and moved in to the land of pink homes here in North Ranch here in Tucson. Where the homes are lovely, the neighbors are friendly, and Starbucks is a hop and a skip away!

Life as I know it is such a funny thing. Wake up, get the kids ready, and attempt to get ready myself. Hair in a bun, lip gloss, and anything clean within hands reach. I go to work and make the dollar. I come home, make dinner, then bath time for the boys, and bedtime. The next day, it is all repeated. Redundant some days, but it is my life!

Now though, when I wake up I feel change in the air. It really has started with being a part of this community. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. I love my new home, very spacious and it has all the perfect nooks and crannies for my boys to play hide and go seek the right way! They can run around in their towel capes and tightly whiteys with more than enough room. I can let my kids ride their bikes in the street without worrying of speeding drivers.

I smile ear to ear to see my three little boys so happy here. We feel safe, secure, and finally, at home!
