REPORT A VIOLATION

Note: Per newly revised Arizona law A.R.S. 33-1803 any complaint related to a violation lodged with the Association cannot be anonymous. The person complaining of the alleged violation must state his/her first and last name, and the provision of the Community documents allegedly violated. The new law requires this information must be sent to the party who is accused of the violation if they request it.

 

To file a complaint, simply fill out the form below and submit. The form will be sent to NRCA board members and the management company.

 

MOST ISSUES CAN BE RESOLVED BETWEEN NEIGHBORS WITHOUT INVOLVING MANAGEMENT OR THE BOARD. BEFORE REPORTING A VIOLATION PLEASE CONSIDER ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE OFFENDING PARTY.
