REQUIRED APPROVAL AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise noted in the governing documents, all modification projects within North Ranch require prior written submission and written approval of plans, specifications or proposed construction. The approval shall be only for the purpose of permitting the construction of proposed improvements within North Ranch and shall not presume compliance with county, state or federal laws. Such approval shall not constitute an approval, ratification or endorsement of the quality, architectural or engineering soundness of the proposed improvement, and neither the ARC Committee, its members, the NRCA Board of Directors, the officers of the association, nor the management company shall have any liability in connection with or related to approved plans, specifications or improvements. The ARC Committee and/or the management company may inspect completed jobs to confirm that they were completed per the approved request.
