REPORT A VIOLATION

Note: Per newly revised Arizona law A.R.S. 33-1803 and A.R.S. 33-1242 any complaint lodged with the NRCA related to an alleged violation will NOT remain anonymous. The person complaining of the alleged violation must state his/her first and last name, the date(s) the alleged violation occurred and was observed, a detailed description of the alleged violation and the provision of the Community documents allegedly violated. This information will be sent to the Owner of the Lot allegedly in violation.

MOST ISSUES CAN BE RESOLVED BETWEEN NEIGHBORS WITHOUT INVOLVING MANAGEMENT OR THE BOARD. BEFORE REPORTING A VIOLATION PLEASE CONSIDER ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE OFFENDING PARTY.
