Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form via www.nrcatuscon.com I agree to be responsible for the behavior of my guests. If any member of my party causes a disturbance or damages any common area property I understand I will be held responsible for the cost of any repairs.
I understand alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool areas. I agree to thoroughly clean the areas
used by my party and understand my deposit of $25 may not be returned if the areas used are not left in
satisfactory condition.
A board member or authorized personnel will inspect the areas used.
If professional cleaning is required as a result of my event I agree to pay all costs of the cleaning. By
